In General

We do studies that diagnose challenges and identify cost effective solutions to facility, safety and equipment performance problems related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and control systems.·

Our efforts include new, renovation and expansion activities and in some case demolition and removal of facilities

For our chemical, refinery and industrial clients

We do project engineering and offer the following as examples:

Engineering design of a desiccant and refrigerated tank car drying system for total moisture removal
Dust collection systems in custom wood cutting operation
Barcode receiving, inventorying and management system for a large scale fast-track construction project expended to include store house and stock room management and re-ordering of inventory.·
Manufacturing plant design to include layout and material, product and personnel circulation studies
Design and construction coordination of saltwater disposal wells to include down hole pumping systems, alarm and control system, computer monitoring and delivery logging.

We (1) monitor construction or maintenance efforts, (2) assume total responsibility for construction management, and/or (3) perform the commissioning and start-up of systems, whether designed by us or others.
Our specialty is in biological and wet chemistry laboratories. Our services include:

(1) Renovating and improving the performance of laboratories.

(2) Converting existing fume hoods to variable air volume operation,

(3) Converting hoods from horizontal sliding sash to

vertical rising sash operation,

(4) Enhancing laboratory safety, and

(5) Reducing operating cost.

We function as independent Test Adjust and Balance/Commissioning professionals. Our preferred emphasis in this area has been in identifying and helping to resolve problems in prisons, jails, laboratories, and animal facilities, where hydronic, or air-side control, or systems problems have rendered them harmful, inoperable or inefficient.
Our advanced capabilities with chilled and hot water hydronic systems and related equipment, makes us uniquely qualified to (1) renovate, modify, and improve large plant distribution system performance (2) identify and eliminate temperature and flow constraints and (3) perform field measurement to verify computer simulation or design results, either before or after installation. This capability also includes instrumenting and on-site performance measurement of chillers and boiler for proof - of - performance, performance diagnostics, or equipment performance identification.
